What to expect:

·       The telephone consultation allows you to share information about your child's unique characteristics, allowing us to determine how Chattercubs can support their communication and development.

·       Following the telephone consultation, you will have the option to book either the Kick Start Package or the Initial Assessment Package.

·       We will then discuss the subsequent steps for therapy and agree on the appropriate number of sessions tailored to your child's needs.

The Kick Start Package includes two appointments at the Chattercubs clinic and a Personalised Target Program with specific aims and strategies.

What to expect:

·       Before the first appointment, you will complete a case history questionnaire to provide background information.

·       The first appointment will focus on assessing your child to create their personalised target program.

·       The second appointment will involve a detailed discussion of the program, with guidance on the next steps for therapy.

This package offers a starting point for supporting your child's communication development.

The Initial Assessment Package includes two appointments at the Chattercubs clinic and a comprehensive initial assessment report outlining strengths, areas of need, and personalised aims and strategies for home use.

What to expect:

·       Before the first appointment, you will complete a case history questionnaire to provide background information.

·       The first appointment involves assessing the child to collect information for the initial assessment report.

·       The second appointment is a feedback session where the therapist reviews the report, discusses the next steps, and demonstrates strategies to support the child's communication.

The package cost encompasses both appointments and the time required to analyse assessment information and prepare the report.

·       Child-Led Play – Your child selects toys and activities, fostering natural communication skill development.

·       Sensory & Emotional Support – Therapy uses sensory-friendly methods for emotional regulation and engagement.

·       Confidence & Communication Growth – Interaction boosts your child’s confidence in various forms of expression.

·       Practical Strategies – Susanna provides home techniques to support your child’s communication.

The cost of therapy varies depending on the length of the therapy block. Blocks range from short-term (4 sessions) to longer-term (up to 12 sessions), with the number of sessions tailored to your child's needs.

Your therapist will discuss the most suitable therapy block for your child, and additional blocks can be purchased based on your child's level of need.

Payments for therapy blocks are split into monthly installments and invoiced accordingly.
